Aston Martin DB4 Volante 1961 Garage (Silver)The DB4 Volante was by far the rarest of the DB4 models with only 70 made compared to 1,100 saloons. These beautifully made cars caused a sensation when first introduced and continue to do so today. Performance was also very impressive for the day with acceleration to 60 mph being in around 9. 3 seconds. The engine was the fabulous Tadek Marek unit that was also used in the later DB5 of James Bond fame.

GRISTLE
These are large pieces compared to their other products. So you know, these, specifically my order, has so much connective tissue, that once you're done separating the meat from the gristle, the larger portion is gristle. Flavor is great as usual though.
