The charging base uses a USB-C connection, which is a big plus — it works with the same chargers we use for our phones. Aside from the initial charge, we’ve only had to recharge them once in more than six weeks of regular use. The grind quality is excellent, the operation is smooth and quiet, and they don’t sound like they’re straining like our previous sets did. If you’ve been disappointed by cheap electric grinders in the past, do yourself a favor and upgrade to this set. It looks great, performs flawlessly, and is absolutely worth the investment.
