It’s a reminder that we often miss out on certain of these steps and fall short of achieving our dreams - sometimes blaming the methodology rather than ourselves for the shortfall! I liked that processes were shown to help maintain a high vibration, to better put the steps into practice, and that ‘there is a powerful energy already inherent in you.’ With the first three pillars in place, the intention, visualization, and affirmation work flowed well, with examples to guide the reader. The puzzle pieces were brought together so that an overall view of the method could be clearly seen. I would recommend the book.
