Cometic uses stainless steel for increased strength, its ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a Viton rubber material designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. Workes for under eye bags fast. Very sticky and will definitely stay in place. For me I feel they are a bit too sticky so I reccomend putting on a moisturizer prior to use. The only gripe I had with them is that there is some product left behind after removal which pills when you go to apply a moisturizer or another product. Other than that they are great for the price.
